Shepherd of Ringwood construction is COMPLETE!!!

Finally..... finally.... finally! The rehab project that started on October 31, 2014 has concluded on September 3rd 2015 when we received our Occupancy Permit by the Village of Ringwood inspector. Now the rehab phase is over, the real fun begins converting this house into a home. Not only any home but the FIRST shared housing establishment in McHenry County. With our license applied for, we are anxiously awaiting the final survey that is holding the keys to helping seniors in McHenry County. Did you know that McHenry County has 38,000 seniors over the age of 65 and currenthly has 7 licensed homes to care for them???? Does that sound broken to you? We are doing our best to provide another alternative for our seniors to choose from that is VERY popular in other markets throughout the country such as FL. Florida is a interesting place in the country that is #4 in the country with 4.2M seniors over 65. What is interesting about Florida is that they have 3,500 licensed homes to care for this population, of which 80% are 6 beds or less! Did you know that?
